- Your device's hostname, to identify the interview device.
- Your operating-system username, to link session data to the right person.
- Your public IP address, for network identity verification.
- Your operating system name and version, for session compatibility and audit logging.
- The names of applications currently running on your computer.
- The titles of visible and hidden application windows.
- The titles and URLs of your open browser tabs.
- Your connected displays (to detect secondary monitors).
- Active network connections made by your applications, and the system DNS cache checked against a fixed list of known AI-assistance services.

- Basic hardware information used to detect virtual machines.
After your session, an AI provider generates a written risk-summary narrative for your interviewer from de-identified signals (risk scores, alert descriptions) — never your name, employer, or device hostname.
- We do not record your screen or webcam.
- We do not record your audio or listen to your microphone.
- We do not read your personal files, documents, or emails.
- We do not log your keystrokes.
- We do not collect your clipboard contents or general browsing history.
Monitoring occurs only while the agent application is open, during your assessment. It stops the moment the session ends or you close the agent.
- You may stop monitoring at any time by closing the application. Doing so notifies your interviewer and ends the assessment.
- Your raw device, window, and network telemetry — plus any AI-generated session summary — is deleted or de-identified from our servers within 90 days.
- You can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data — see Data Requests.
- You may lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer via the Contact page.
By running the agent and giving consent in its notice screen, you acknowledge this notice.
