Data Requests — Zero Assist
- Access & information — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Correction — fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — delete data that is no longer necessary.
- Withdraw consent — candidates may withdraw at any time by closing the agent; this ends the session.
- Grievance — escalate a complaint to our Grievance Officer.
If you are a candidate: your data is processed on behalf of the organisation that invited you, which is the Data Fiduciary (Controller). We will help you reach them, and we action erasure of raw session telemetry directly. If you are a company account holder: we are the controller for your account data and will action your request directly.
Email and include:
- The right you want to exercise (access, correction, erasure, etc.).
- Your full name and the email address associated with the assessment or account.
- If you are a candidate: the company/role you interviewed for and the approximate date, so we can locate the session.
To protect your data we may ask for reasonable proof of identity before fulfilling a request.
We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and fulfil them within the statutory period (30 days under GDPR/DPDPA), extending only where the law permits and telling you why. Account-scoped erasure is automated; access requests are fulfilled manually.
