Refund & Cancellation Policy — Zero Assist

  • Zero Assist operates on a prepaid credit model. One credit = one candidate interview session.
  • Credits are purchased upfront through our payment processor, Razorpay. We never store your card details.
  • There is no recurring subscription and no auto-renewal — you are only charged when you choose to buy credits.
  • Credits are non-expiring and non-transferable between accounts.

Because billing is prepaid and there is no subscription, there is nothing to "cancel" on a recurring basis. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account from your account settings or by emailing us. Unused credits remain on your account until used or refunded under the conditions below.

  • A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the credits in that purchase have been consumed.
  • If a payment was charged in error, was a duplicate, or a technical failure prevented credits from being delivered to your account.
  • Credits that have been consumed, even partially (a session that was started consumes its credit).
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Email from the email address on your account, with your account email and the Razorpay order/payment reference. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Any applicable taxes collected on the original purchase are refunded in accordance with applicable law.
